With a holistic approach that we are not separate from nature, I combine the Eastern approach to Awake, and Be Present mindfulness and mindful movement with the Western approach to Grow and Develop in self discovery and collaboration with others for a collective Emergence.

I have a background in Responsible Business, social enterprise and the not-for-profti sector, with more than 20 years experience in meditation and mindfulness. I am certified in Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction from Mindfulness in MIND and in Permaculture Forest Garden design.
